Refunds and returns policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. There are several types of merchandise that cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept personal or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care products
To complete a return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are some cases where only a partial refund is granted:

  • A book with clear signs of use
  • Compact discs (CDs), DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or records that have been opened.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons other than our fault.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within certain days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

Discounted items

Only regular items can be refunded. Discounted items cannot be refunded.

Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
